Cheat Happens using art without permission

The artwork of Azure Striker Gunvolt depicted is originally
created by , I originally mentioned to him
about this & asked did anyone get his permission...but when he said no,
I decided to speak with the moderators & admins on the trainer message board
& here's what I said:

"BTW PWiz, are you aware that you or anyone in CH's
staff used TomyCase's Azure Striker Gunvolt's fanart
for this game's trainer cover?

the reason I'm asking is because he made
that pic himself, so whoever uploaded the pic
on CH, let's hope he/she asked the artist's permission
& also credited TomyCase too.

Edit: I've spoken with TomyCase & asked him if
any of CH.com's staff asked for permission to use
his pic for this game's trainer page, and he's replied
saying nobody asked him. with that being said, I'm acting
as his liason between you guys on CH & Tomy on DA.

So, unless one of you guys has a DA account, contact
him directly & inform him which one of you used the pic,
apologize but most importantly...credit the guy for
making the picture.

Let's just hope he forgives whoever used his pic."

and yes, I acted on behalf of TomyCase, and why not?
that's HIS artwork & they used it without his consent, without his permission.
you'd think Cheat Happens would have common sense to place
official art of Gunvolt & not fanart UNLESS given permission.

So Tomycase, if you get this...I hope you'll get around
to giving them a word or two...also, these are the guys you wanna

Update: I've received contact from CH.com's mod PWizard & he's
replied to me with the following message:

"We search for art on google and just use the best looking image that comes up. We're not trying to steal anyone's art without permission.
Nevermore handles all of the artwork so I have forwarded this message to him and he will replace it."

with that being said, I just hope Nevermore does remove/replace Tomy's
pic from Cheat Happens...or better yet, gets permission. coz PWiz mentioned
that Nevermore mainly digs up the real cool artwork relating to games for
the cheat trainer pages...if ONLY he was on Deviantart, things could've worked out
much better between Tomy & CH.com

Update #2: The guy whose in charge putting pics up for each cheat trainer page
on CheatHappens.com has removed TomyCase's pic of Gunvolt from the Gunvolt
cheat trainer page...at least for now, until a replacement pic of Azure Striker Gunvolt
is put up instead. for now this means Tomy can relax knowing his artwork is in his hands.
